Have you found something nice at Cachet.store and ordered it? Then you want your new purchase as soon as possible in the house.

Your package will be made in 2/3 working days. We ship with Bpost.

In the weekend or on holidays, the postal service may take a little longer.

A cost of 5 euro will be charged for shipments up to 50€.

Shipments of 50€ and more are free of charge.

We want to remind you that Cachet.store is not responsible for loss, damage and theft by Bpost. 

RETURNS

Are you not quite satisfied with your order? Too bad, but that can happen! Read below how you can return your order.

First check whether your order is eligible for returns:
- You can return within 14 days
- Articles have to be unworn and all tags have to be attached.
- Articles containing make-up stains after trying on will not be accepted for return
- Soldered articles can only be returned for another size (if still in stock, please mail to [email protected]). 

Do you meet the above conditions? Then you can send your item back to us.

When the package is ready for shipment, you can send it to the address below.

Once we have received your package, we will refund the purchase price within 10 days. 

- If the product has been worn or damaged we cannot take it back.
