Cachet.store, the electronic shop of Cachet 2.0 bvba, a private company with limited liability with registered office at Nieuwstraat 1 in 8792 Desselgem, VAT BE0652.607.981, (hereinafter 'Cachet.store') offers its customers the possibility to purchase clothing online.

These general conditions ('Conditions') apply to all articles from the webshop range and every purchase the customer makes with Cachet.store.

3. PRICE

All prices include VAT and all other taxes which the customer is obliged to pay. If transport, reservation or administrative costs are charged, this will be indicated separately.

The price stated refers exclusively to the articles as word-for-word described. The accompanying photo is for decorative purposes only and may contain elements or articles that are not included in the price.

4. OFFER

All offers are open to customers residing in Belgium and the Netherlands. Customers from other countries should first send an e-mail to [email protected], and their request will then be considered and treated separately.

The articles are exclusively intended for normal private use.

5. ONLINE PURCHASES

The customer has the possibility to buy the articles of the Cachet.store assortment online.

The purchase is effected when the customer receives a confirmation email from Cachet.store. The items are delivered to the customer's home on the delivery date indicated in the confirmation email.

The customer has the choice between the following payment methods:

6. RETENTION OF TITLE

The delivered articles remain the exclusive property of Cachet.store until full payment by the customer.

The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer from the moment of delivery. The customer undertakes, if necessary, to point out the retention of title of Cachet.store to third parties, for example to anyone who might come to seize the articles that have not yet been paid for in full.

7. SANCTIONS FOR NON-PAYMENT

Without prejudice to the exercise of other rights available to Cachet.store, in case of non-payment or late payment, the customer shall automatically and without notice owe an interest of 10% per year on the unpaid amount from the date of default. In addition, the client shall be liable, ipso jure and without notice, to pay a fixed compensation of 10% of the amount in question, with a minimum of €25 per invoice.

Without prejudice to the foregoing, Cachet.store reserves the right to take back articles that have not been paid for (in full).

8. COMPLAINTS

Any visible damage and / or qualitative shortcoming of an article or other shortcoming in the delivery, must be reported immediately, otherwise all rights to compensation expire.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The consumer has the right to notify Cachet.store that he renounces the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason within 14 days from the day following the delivery of the product.

When do we send the package?

We send the package in 2/3 days.

Have you done the order on weekends and / or holidays? Then it can sometimes take a little longer. The maximum delivery time of Bpost will never exceed 30 days.

Shipping costs

A cost of 5 euro will be charged for shipments up to 50€. Shipments of 50€ and more are free of charge. We wish to point out that Cachet.store is not responsible for loss, damage and theft by Bpost.

You can never order more than 10 gift vouchers per transaction. If you wish to order more gift vouchers, please contact [email protected]

21. RETURNS POLICY

Are you not completely satisfied with your order? Too bad, but that can happen! Read below how you can return your order.

First check whether your order is eligible for a return:
- You can return within 14 days
- Articles have to be unworn and all tags have to be attached.
- Articles containing make-up stains after trying on will not be accepted for return
- Soldered articles can only be returned for another size (if still in stock, please mail to [email protected])
